We hadn't been to P.F. Changs in over a year. Not because of any problem, just somehow it got "off the list". Well, we just happened to be driving by and decided to go in again, and boy are we GLAD WE DID! Not only is the food as great as we remembered, we got THE BEST service we've had too! LaShona was friendly, helpful, attentive (but not too attentive) and so good at her job that it made the meal even more enjoyable. Good service can make a good meal into a MEMORABLE experience and she did that and more. We'll be sure to put P.F. Changs back on our list now!!!!

Our server was great, other than that however they need major improvement. I should have known once our appetizer arrived, I ordered pork egg rolls (4) it stated. They come to the table and maybe I’m reaching but I can only count two in the photo. They have been cut in half. So if I order just one egg roll egg roll do I get a half or a whole one? Just because I have 4 pieces, they are not complete egg rolls how in the hell do they get away with flat out lying?! They assume I’m a dumb ass and don’t know the difference? Well then the main dish comes and mine was over cooked all the meat had been burnt dark, however I had company with me so I figured I’d just write this review. What a disappointing experience. Ripped off on quantity and quality. My plate was $25, I spent $122 with tip. Won’t be returning any time soon!

We first tried the Very Spicy Chicken through DoorDash, and it was absolutely excellent. Because we enjoyed it so much, we decided to visit the restaurant and try more items from the menu. Unfortunately, the dine-in food was a bit disappointing overall. We started with the Hot & Sour Soup, which was quite oily and didn’t have the flavor we were expecting. The Dynamite Shrimp also fell short because the coating wasn’t done properly, so it wasn’t crispy at all. The Lettuce Chicken Wraps were good, and the Singapore Noodles were flavorful and enjoyable. However, the Spicy Chicken was another disappointment. We expected it to be as spicy as the version we had through DoorDash, but it was actually sweet rather than spicy. The drinks were excellent, and the ambiance and service were great. We visited for my friend’s birthday, and after signing up for the rewards program, we received a $10 welcome discount and a complimentary 7-Layer Cake, which was delicious. Overall, while the service, atmosphere, drinks, and rewards perks were nice, the food was inconsistent and didn’t match the expectations set by our first DoorDash order.

We came for our 5 year anniversary on half price wine Wednesday and everything was great! All the servers were so nice and they even gave us a card and a free cake! We got the chefs feast for 2 with chicken lettuce wraps, sesame chicken, honey chicken, and white rice. It was plenty, with several leftovers, and a great value! Will definitely be back!

We came for our wedding anniversary, Jody was our server and was the best part of our dining experience. She made one of the best Martini's I've had and even made a personalized card for us (that we left due to being in a hurry which is really sad!) Jody knew we were in a hurry and made our stay fast and enjoyable!
